UK allergen guidance
The 14 allergens that must be declared when present as an ingredient include cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soya, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide/sulphites, lupin and molluscs. Our kitchen handles a range of ingredients, therefore we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free from allergens.
